Muddy Lullabies

These aren't songs for the nursery; they are childhood rhymes with a dark, Delta Blues twist.

Muddy Lullabies takes the simple tunes you grew up with and drags them through the river mud. We’ve stripped away the innocence and replaced it with a raw, thumping sound that feels more like a warning than a lullaby.

The songs are reminiscent of an old man sitting on a porch with a beat-up guitar, playing in the dead of night. It’s simple, it’s rough, and it’s lonely—the kind of music that feels like it was pulled straight out of the dirt.

Albums created through exploration, selection, and curation rather than performance. Original Concept and Musical Direction by J. Belle.
